Based on the related Humberto Ramos art (look here and there). What I most like of the Ramos style is the mix between the cartoony lines and some deep wrinkles, as well the brutal, massive, Caterpillar-like look. Some step by step pictures of the sculpting process are available here.


Caterpillar is the world's largest manufacturer of heavy machinery, thay also have a very nice line of die-cast toys reproducing all their stuff.
